About me

My name is Olga, and I live in the Netherlands. I started my creative business during the coronavirus pandemic, but that doesn’t mean I was new to the world of craftsmanship. In fact, my journey began long before that. At the age of 17, while still in school, I earned my first certification as a master in lace-making techniques such as tatting, macramé, and bobbin lace. I was even qualified to teach others these intricate arts.

When the pandemic confined us all to our homes, I felt inspired to revisit my passion for creative crafts—something I excelled at and that others might find unique. I revived my love for lace-making and discovered a deep fascination for embroidery, which quickly became an integral part of my life. Since then, I can’t imagine a day without the beauty and creativity of embroidery shaping my world.

I specialize in various embroidery techniques. Over the years, I’ve explored and mastered numerous methods through online courses and advanced training at AVE School in Paris. My skills include needle embroidery, as well as couture techniques like tambour embroidery using a Lunéville hook/ Broderie d’art.

I love experimenting with a wide range of materials, from ribbons, sequins, and lace to beads, pearls, and anything else I can find at hand. This versatility allows me to create unique, intricate designs and gives me endless creative possibilities. Crafting with my hands brings me immense joy and fulfillment.

Over time, I realized that my skills are not only something I can practice myself but also something I can share with others. Teaching others how to create beauty brings me immense joy. I love helping people who want to surround themselves with more than just ordinary, store-bought items—those who seek something unique, personal, and meaningful, whether it’s a one-of-a-kind piece for their home or a special accessory to wear.

I see myself as a guide, bridging the gap between the seemingly unattainable world of beauty and the one you can create with your own hands. The magic lies in the process we share—you and I working together, discovering the secrets of the craft. The pieces you create will not only be beautiful but will also hold memories of the best moments of your life, captured in something you made with your own hands.
